We offer a range of appointment times on weekdays usually from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.  In line with national policy we aim to offer an appointment with a doctor within 48 hours.  Please telephone as soon as possible after 08:30 on the day you wish to be seen.

We also reserve a number of slots which can be booked up to two weeks in advance.  Typically, there are around 140 advance slots each week.  The number of advance slots is reduced when there are doctors on holiday and at particularly busy times.

Online Booking

We also offer online appointment booking via the link at the top of this page. To register for this service you need to obtain a registration form from our reception.  You will be asked to provide a form of photographic identification such as a passport or drivers licence.  This service is available to patients aged 16 and over.

Please note - we reserve the right to refuse applications for this service.  Patients who book an appointment on-line and subsequently fail to attend without cancelling will have their access to this service suspended.

Telephone Consultations

We also offer telephone consultations and if you think your problem can be dealt with on the telephone please ask the receptionist for a telephone consultation instead of a surgery appointment.  We will need a contact telephone number and you will be given a time when the doctor will call you back.

Medical Students

As a training practice, some of our doctors have 3rd and 4th year medical students observing during surgery.  This is normally on a Wednesday and Thursday.  If you would prefer not to be seen with a medical student present please do not book on line on these days.  Telephone reception for your appointment and we can ensure you see a doctor who does not have a medical student observing.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
